Absolutely! All pooches walking or staying with us are full insured for accidental injury or loss and public liability up to 1 million pounds. Even your house keys will be insured if you give us a copy for pick ups. On top of that, we attach Apple AirTags to all the pooches for extra peace of mind on our walks.

We cover a wide range of areas like Norwood, Croydon, Crystal Palace, Sydenham, Addington, Shirley, Norbury, and Thornton Heath.

Pick-up and drop-off times are service-specific:

Morning Excursion: Pick-up from 8 AM to 9 AM, drop-off by 12 PM.

Afternoon Excursion: Pick-up from 1 PM to 2 PM, drop-off by 5 PM or 5:30 PM.

Express: Pick-up at 12 PM, drop-off by 1:30 PM.

Full Day Out: Pick-up from 8 AM to 9 AM, drop-off by 5 PM or 5:30 PM.

For extra convenience, you don’t need to be home as we'll pick up your furry friend with our pooch mobile. Simply provide us with a set of keys or leave one in a secure lockbox.

Please note that boarding bookings must be coordinated around the scheduled Excursions. We kindly request that pick-ups for boarders do not occur after 8 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all our furry guests.

Sure! We're happy to accommodate your walk requests at your preferred time, as long as it fits in with our current schedule for existing clients.

We prioritise small, intimate groups on our walks, limiting them to four dogs at a time. In busier months, the group may extend to six dogs, but rest assured, there will always be one human guide per four dogs. This approach guarantees that we can provide maximum attention to your precious pooch.

At Dogs Furrst, the safety and well-being of our pack are our top priorities. To ensure a positive experience, we schedule a meet & greet with each new dog and their owner. This allows us to get to know your furry friend and address any specific needs. If you'd like to schedule a meet & greet, please visit our contact page to book one in. When you book, you'll receive an invoice with the option to pay by card. For added convenience, we'll send an easy bank transfer link via WhatsApp. Please ensure invoices are settled before your booking begins.

For weekly or block bookings, kindly pay the monthly balance by the 1st. We'll share a schedule in advance, and if there are any date adjustments, let us know before the invoice goes out. Your regular slot impacts our availability, so our cancellation policy applies with due notice. We appreciate your understanding!

For Wild Paws Excursions & Full Day Out, cancel by 12:00 pm two days before your booking for a full refund. After this time, the full rate applies, but don't worry! We run a waitlist and will try to fill your spot to avoid cancellation fees. Wild Paws Express can be canceled by 12:00 pm the day before your booking.

For the Tailwaggers Getaway, you'll get a full refund if you cancel by 12:00 pm seven days before your booking begins. If you cancel after this time, a 50% refund is available for the first seven calendar days from the request date if we can't fill your spot. After that, enjoy a 100% refund for any additional days. We're here to make your experience as pawsome as possible!

Absolutely not! Excursions are always tailored to the fitness levels of the group, ensuring a pawsitively enjoyable experience for every dog. It's not just about high-energy play or ball chasing; it’s important to prioritise diverse activities like good quality socialisation and scent work. Our pack boasts a diverse mix of breeds, ages, and abilities—Vizlas, Spaniels, Shih Tzus, and even charming Dachshunds. Your furry friend will find their perfect pace in our broad and inclusive community!

We love hosting longer stays, so we ask that you book at least two nights in advance. But if you've got a spontaneous night out or family event coming up, we're cool with one-night stays too! Just make sure to snag your spot no more than two weeks ahead of time, depending on what we've got available.
